Entry fees: U9-U10 is $525, U11-U12 is $550, U13-U15 is $575, and U16 and above is $595
Deadline: Sunday, February 13
Application fees must be submitted with package if paying by check. Mailed applications without application fee will not be accepted.
Faxed and Emailed Applications can not be accepted. Application Form MUST be submitted online.
