To register a team for TISL, follow these steps:
1. Complete the online application form. Please double-check the email addresses for the coach and manager. Submit the form online. Please ensure that you select the correct option for Tournament only or League and Tournament to ensure the correct price noted. If you will be participating in league play you will need to complete a separate application since application databases need to remain separate for scheduling and notification purposes.
2. Download and print the following items (Note - for best results, set margins-left, right, top and bottom - to 0.5". Set headers/footers to 0.0". Paper size is 8.5"x 14"):
o Medical Release Form (If you currently have a medical release for your outdoor league play, that will be sufficient)
o Kidssafe Form (If you currently have a medical release for your outdoor league play, that will be sufficient)
3. Distribute a medical release form to the parents/guardians of each player. Collect the completed medical releases. (Notary stamp is unnecessary.) The coach or manager should keep the team’s medical releases and bring them to every game the team plays in TISL. Do not mail the medical release to TISL. These will be checked at the first game.
4. Each coach and volunteer associated with the team must complete a Kidsafe Form.
5. Mail in a copy of your email confirmation of your online application with one check, the appropriate Kidsafe forms and the Roster Form with parents’/guardians’ signatures before the deadline. You will receive an acceptance letter via email will be sent to you and can check the website for accepted teams. The league administrator reserves the right to decline applications for nonpayment or availability.
6. An email broadcast will alert you to the posting of schedules on the website.
